People don’t want to show their anger. They are waiting for the polls.” In Varanasi too, people are angry about the rising prices of goods. But still, most people in the city say Modi will win.
There is a saying outside Ajay Rai’s house that it is also Rahul Gandhi’s house. Rahul had to leave the government house after being dismissed as an MP. Then Congress started this campaign. ‘My house, Rahul Gandhi’s house too.’ But the fact is, this Varanasi has been Narendra Modi’s house for the last ten years.
